Investigating the Factors Affecting the Quality of Style of Hospitality Services in 4-Star Hotels in the Country
The tourism industry, as the most dynamic global industry, is one of the most important sources of income and job creation factor and includes sectors such as hotel management, hospitality, food and beverage industry and transportation; Therefore, it has both the property of currency and the distribution of purchasing power throughout the host country. Therefore, it can be considered the most important program without relying on the oil industry.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the quality of style of hospitality services in 4-star hotels in Iran.
The research method is descriptive in terms of practical purpose, quantitative in terms of data type and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population includes 1200 hotel management agents of the capital. The sampling method is simple. From the statistical population according to the sampling criteria (based on the sampling method of Morgan table) 124 people were selected as the research sample and then using the researcher-made questionnaire technique in five dimensions and 44 items and based on the scale of five Likert options and extracted items In the statistical sample of the research has been questioned. In the descriptive statistics section, data descriptions are presented in two sections: contextual variables and main variables, and in the inferential statistics section, the nonparametric Spearman correlation test is used to test the hypotheses.
The research findings indicate the importance of the results of weighting the votes of guests and those involved in the hotel industry.
In the end, by analyzing the data, it can be concluded that architectural design style, scope, variety of services, staff capability, hotel management, creativity and innovation in hotel management have a positive and significant effect on the quality of hospitality services in 4-star hotels in Iran
