Provide a model of higher education system based on the process of developing human resources
The purpose of this study was to provide a model of higher education system based on the process of developing human resources. The research method was the ground theory method and model structural equation model. The research community in a small section consisted of professors, experts, experts and managers of higher education system. The number of samples in a small section was selected using Cochran formula 382 experts and managers of higher education system. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The analysis of collected data was performed using descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS 16 and Smart Pls software. The results showed that twelve components in explaining the model of higher education system are based on the process of human resource development, including; Automatic, self-esteem, motivation, empowerment, organizational learning, organizational culture, knowledge management, technology, job satisfaction, community development, networking facilitating, and ultimately human capital development. Coefficient determination and adjusted adjusted coefficient; Indicated the fitting fit of the model.
