Assessment of Citizens' Satisfaction with Urban Public Transportation Situation (Case Study Arak )
The subject of this research is "Assessment of Citizens Satisfaction with Urban Traffic Services in Arak City". This research is applied in terms of purpose and is in the causal method. Data needed for this study were collected by Amanpour et al. (1394). Library studies have also been used to write the necessary theoretical literature in the area under study. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and regression test were used to study the hypotheses. For reliability evaluation, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used and SPSS22 software was used to calculate it. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient in all variables of this study was greater than 0.7, which indicates the high validity of the questionnaire. The statistical population of this study included all citizens over 15 years old in different regions of Arak who, due to their unlimited number, based on the Cochran formula 384 of them were selected to answer questions. In this study, in order to evaluate citizens' satisfaction with urban traffic services, regression and SPSS22 software were used. To test the relationship between satisfaction of citizens in different regions, t-test was used to test the relationship between general components and satisfaction with correlation test. The results of the research showed that citizens' satisfaction with urban traffic services is moderate. There is a significant difference between the different areas of Arak citizens in terms of satisfaction with urban traffic services, and there is a significant difference between the general components (age, sex, education and occupational status ) And the satisfaction rate of urban traffic services is significant
