Entrepreneurial factors affecting the effectiveness of employee performance (Case study: Tehran Water and Wastewater Company)
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the entrepreneurial factors affecting the effectiveness of employees' performance of the water and wastewater company in Tehran. The research method was descriptive survey and the statistical population included 10,000 employees of Tehran Water and Wastewater Company. The sample size was calculated using 384 random sampling methods (with simple random sampling). The instrument for measuring the data was a researcher-made questionnaire with 10 components and 95 questions using the 5-degree spectrum. After confirming the content validity by the experts, the construct validity was calculated and the relationship between the questions and the components was confirmed. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure reliability and its value was calculated to be 0.911 for entrepreneurial factors. At the level of descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, cumulative percentage, mean and standard deviation were used and inferential statistics, t-test and structural equations were used. Considering the main hypothesis was how much the impact of the factors of entrepreneurial factors on the effectiveness of employees' performance in the water and wastewater company of Tehran would be, how would it be evaluated and analyzed? The results showed that there was a significant and direct relationship in this regard. . At the end of the article, practical suggestions were made.
