Presenting a model and identifying the factors that promote social capital in the Ministry of Energy

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to present a model for promoting social capital in the Ministry of Energy and in two stages of designing a conceptual framework for research and validation of a conceptual framework. The first part of the statistical population of the study was professors, managers and experts in the field of social capital, of which 11 people were selected as a sample. The second part of the statistical population, including all employees, was selected from 244 samples. In order to collect information, the Delphi questionnaire was used and after identifying the components, indicators and criteria, a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale was used to confirm them. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated using CVR index and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was performed using Delphi technique, one-sample t-test and structural equation modeling in SPSS and Lisrel software. Conflict of interest: According to authors, the article didn’t have any  Conflict of interest.
