Connection of concepts of civil rights with emphasis on the Iranian legal system
Human life on this planet has been done in different ways since its inception. In fact, due to the prevailing conditions, humans have experienced phenomena such as cave-dwelling and rural-dwelling. Most people now live in urban areas, and citizenship rights are the rules governing the regulation of individuals' relationships in urban communities. In fact, all people who are citizens of a country have these rights and there should be no discrimination in this regard. Throughout human life, especially since the emergence of human civilizations, in countries that have had civilizations, the roots of citizenship rights can be traced, even in their infancy.Even today, when societies have reached sufficient maturity at their political attitude, in other words, it can be said that each country has its own political system, the role of citizenship rights has become more important. Therefore, our country is no exception to this rule, so what is considered in this article is to study the impact of citizenship rights on the Iranian legal system. Because the legal system of the countries of the world, especially Iran, is not limited to the constitution and citizenship rights as a natural right can have a great impact.
