Abstract:

The lean concept achieves measurable consequences in the process and work time by reducing or eliminating worthless activities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a model of lean human resource management for the Council of Tehran. The present research is a developmental-applied objective and is a part of qualitative research. First, by analyzing and interpreting 5 interviews conducted with 5 experts of the Islamic Council of Tehran and line by line reviewing the interviews and integrating the model obtained from the interview and reviewing the literature using the theme analysis method, the Delphi process was completed in four rounds and an agreement was reached after the fourth round. In this study, 24 indicators were identified in 9 main dimensions after evaluating theoretical literature of the research and existing models and Delphi method for lean human resource management model. The results of the research provide a comprehensive model for lean human resource management that can be used by managers and researchers.
