Legislative Policy-making Principles of the Presence of Women Police Based on the Implementation of Article 134 of the Charter of Women's Rights and Responsibilities in the Islamic Republic of Iran
article 134 of the women's rights and responsibilities charter in the Islamic republic of Iran, considers “the right of women to have access to female law enforcement authority and police officers in the case of molestation, victimization, accusation and malfeasance” as one of their basic rights and a responsibility of police and law enforcement authorities. According to article 134 of the charter, this paper explores the legislative policy-making fundamentals for female officer presence as well as the requirements that should be carried out by the law enforcement authority.This is a qualitative documentary research. Moreover, the library-documentary approach is also utilized to gather the required data through the taking notes. The statistical population includes those documents that are related to female officers as well as the rights of criminal women and victims.In police force of Islamic Republic of Iran (NAJA), Women's are mainly employed in some important fields such as law enforcement, traffic police, information, police criminal investigation, educational and cultural centers, police ideological−political advisory centers of police station, and intelligence protection organization. The current research investigates the critical missions of female police officers according to Article 134 of the Charter.observance of religious criteria and preserving women's human dignity are defined by utilizing women as judicial officers, as one the value principles by law enforcement force. Besides, in this charter, the law enforcement force executed some critical rules and principles by the codification service guidelines for female police and planning.
