Changing the pattern of drug use from traditional to industrial and chemical substances and the use of psychedelic pills is a serious threat that is facing a crisis in today's society. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the change of drug use pattern from traditional to industrial substances in Garmsar in 2013. Two methods, documentation and survey, while using fishing techniques, a questionnaire has been used. In the survey method, using a questionnaire and using judgmental sampling, 81 young people addicted to industrial narcotics who were eligible to participate in this study were selected as a sample, which were distributed and collected again based on the same number of questionnaires. In order to analyze the data, we have used descriptive and inferential statistics appropriate to the type of variables and hypotheses. The theoretical framework of the present study combines the views of extroverted personality (Eisenhower), the theory of the belief model of health (Glantz, Lewis, Reimer), the theory of excitement (Zuckerman), observational learning (Bandura), cultural transmission (Sutherland), the theory of the spread of innovation ( Rogers) and the theory of exchange (Blau, Humans), which according to the results confirmed that the most important economic, personal, structural, social, attitude influencing the tendency to industrial narcotics are (peer group, history of use of this Substances in family members, diversity (prevalence), abundant intoxication, attitude to non-ugliness of substances, attitude to increase sexual potency, attitude to increase concentration and creativity, ease of access, cheapness, ease of buying and selling, frequency, easy production, consumption time Short, calming, less effects of these substances on the face) .
