Measuring the Effect of Jihadi Management on Innovative Behavior and Organizational Creativity in Eleven Areas of Shiraz Municipalities

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of jihadi management on innovative behavior and organizational creativity in eleven areas of Shiraz municipalities. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of nature and data collection method. The statistical population of this study consists of all employees in the eleven districts of Shiraz municipalities, which based on the information obtained, their number is 7064 people who were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula 364. The tool for collecting field information in this research is a questionnaire which consists of a questionnaire of organizational creativity (Makango), jihadi management (Soltani) and innovative behavior (Misman and Molder). The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using the opinions of five experts in this field and finally the supervisor approved the questionnaires. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaires. After collecting the questionnaires and determining the normality of the variable according to Kolmogorov-Smirnov test using Spss and Amos software, path analysis statistical test was used to analyze the data and to examine the relationship between the variables.
