The Relationship between Leadership Empowerment Behaviors and Employee Satisfaction Due to the Mediating Role of Psychological Empowerment of Employees of Mazandaran Disciplinary Command
Background and goal:
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of leadership empowerment behaviors on employee satisfaction with respect to the mediating role of employee psychological empowerment. The present study is descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection method and applied in terms of purpose.
Method :
A library-field method and a standard questionnaire were used to collect information. According to the purpose of the research and the subject of the research, the statistical population of this research includes all managers and employees of the police force in Mazandaran province; Their number is 285 people.
In this research, the structural equation modeling method in the form of 8.80 LISREL software has been used to analyze the data.
The results showed that leadership empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction and also has a positive and significant effect between leadership empowerment and psychological empowerment. Therefore, according to the results of this study, it can be said that psychological empowerment leads to improved employee satisfaction
