Investigating the effective factors on the occurrence of burglary of villa houses and presenting prevention strategies studied in Noor city

Theft of any kind of goods or object from home and residence in any form and using any method of home burglary is the most common type of burglary in the community. It is in the city of Noor. The purpose of the present study is in the category of applied and qualitative research because it investigates the causes of theft and its possible results can be used by managers and police commanders of Noor city and Mazandaran province to prevent burglary. Also, in terms of the research method, it is among the survey research that was done through the design and distribution of a questionnaire The statistical population of the present study is experts and commanders related to the Preventive Police and the Intelligence Police of Mazandaran Province. For sampling, a census was used. The number of experts and commanders related to theft in Mazandaran Province was identified and determined as 200 people. Descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics indices such as central indices and dispersion indices were used to evaluate the characteristics of the respondents. (AVE) and Chen test were used. Structural equation method based on partial least squares (PLS) method was used to test the model and test the research hypotheses. SPSS and Smart-PLS software packages were used for data analysis. The results showed that the t-statistic of environmental (2.081), social (3.448), family (2.408) and social distance (2.680) and the occurrence of villa burglary were outside the range of 1.96%, which indicates It is noted that these variables have a significant effect on the occurrence of burglary, but the variable of social monitoring (0.778) did not have a significant effect on the occurrence of burglary
