Effective factors on duty staff motivation to maintain organizational vehicle
In the current world, successful organizations are their main focus on the organization's human resources. It is a human resource that provides creative ideas and leads to organizational growth and excellence. Today, the issue of national authority is one of the strategic and key issues of each country. Providing domestic security and defense of national interests is recognized as the first and most essential factor in the provision of welfare, comfort, progress and comprehensive development. Therefore, more than other areas, planning, thinking, evaluation, and evaluation of human resources are being addressed, which in all cases play a major role in reducing costs, improving service quality, ensuring the reliability of equipment, and ultimately achieving It serves the quantitative and qualitative goals of an organization. Therefore, the main purpose of this research was effective factors on the motivation of employees in maintenance of an organizational car. This research was in terms of descriptive-survey method and applied in terms of its purpose. In this research, firstly, the library method was used to study the resources available in scientific centers, reputable national associations and their sites, and interview with 50 experts (directors and transport experts in Naja and provinces). Early factors affecting employees' motivation. The task of car maintenance was examined; then, by looking at the task force, the conceptual model designed using the structural equation and PLS software was investigated. The findings of the research indicated that the factors affecting the motivation of duty staff in vehicle maintenance were organizational factors, individual factors and group factors.
