Agile Innovation Theory

Theorizing and analyzing its process is one of the issues in the field of science. In the present study, an attempt has been made to discuss agile innovation as an interdisciplinary theory. In presenting the theory of agile innovation, it can be a set of processes, tools and methods to improve the ability to respond quickly to the changing needs of the market and customers, along with cost control and improving the quality of products and services. Employing employees and work processes in a homogeneous, interactive and flexible system in order to be smart and achieve superiority. The purpose of this study is to "present the theory of agile innovation" which is an applied research. In the first stage, by reviewing the library and interviewing experts and using the opinions of experts, using the content analysis method, the agile innovation model was counted in 220 basic themes, 36 organizing themes and 6 comprehensive themes. In the second stage, the model presented in the form of a researcher-made questionnaire was provided to 20 experts in the field of industrial management and its reliability was calculated at 0.991 and the samples of the topics were confirmed based on the TITK test.
