Aerobic exercise program for 8 weeks and three days per week, before performing aerobic exercise program all variables were measured and after performing aerobic exercise testing was performed again for all variables. In order to assess the impact of the executed program, results were obtained with the implementation of the training program and were compared with the control group. Statistical analysis using the t-test was carried out and the results indicated that after eight weeks of aerobic activity significant changes were observed in all variables except velocity. The results showed that eight weeks of aerobic exercise can bring positive effects to the lipid profile, and that insulin resistance is a factor of fitness and endurance.
