Designing the Model of Good Governance in Industry and Mining in the Direction of Sustainable Development with the Approach of Innovative Actions(Case Study: Gol Gohar Industrial and Mining Complex, Sirjan)

Rulers and managers have put achieving sustainable development on their agenda. Sustainable development that leads to improved economic, social and environmental conditions. But there is very little research available on the factors that lead to this goal. Therefore, the main purpose of the research is to design and explain the model of good governance in the field of industry and mining in sustainable development with innovative actions.

In this research, the qualitative method and data research strategy of the foundation have been used. The statistical sample consisted of 22 managers of Gol Gohar Industrial and Mining Company and faculty members of universities who were interviewed as a statistical sample in a purposeful and semi-structured manner and the interview texts were analyzed in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Were.

"Comprehensive responsibility" leads to the formation of "good governance", along with "knowledge linkage", "innovation platforms" and "innovative actions" leading to development.
