A law that recognizes the right of the public to access government information and that the public can obtain that information upon request. In our country, this law also exists under the title of "free publication and access to information." In presenting freedom of information, in addition to reviewing the nature and requirements of the Freedom of Information Act, we have reviewed global experiences in this field and evaluated the law on "dissemination and free access to information". By watching this presentation, in addition to identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the law on dissemination and free access to information, you can identify alternatives to this law and make suggestions based on transparency to improve this law.
