Abstract:
Objective

The field of civil engineering is one of the most popular fields today, the graduates of which have many responsibilities in the construction and development of the country, and therefore it is necessary to consider the curriculum of the field leading to the results. Accordingly, the purpose of the present study was to identify the desired results of the undergraduate curriculum in the field of civil engineering and to evaluate the current status of the undergraduate curriculum in the field of results.

Materials and Methods

The research approach is a sequential exploratory combination of instrumentation. Materials and Methods The research approach is a sequential exploratory combination of instrumentation. The method of qualitative research in this study was phenomenological and in the quantitative part was survey. The data collection tools were qualitative section, semi-structured interview and the quantitative section tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of the qualitative department, the faculty members of the civil engineering department of the relevant university and the quantitative department of civil engineering graduates during the years 1394 to 1397 was 120 people. In the qualitative part, in order to study the issue in depth, all members of the community (12 people) were interviewed and in the quantitative part, the statistical sample size was determined based on Morgan table, 92 people. In order to analyze the qualitative findings, categorization and for quantitative information analysis, SPSS software has been used.
Discussion and Conclusion

The results of the civil engineering curriculum at three levels of product, output and outcome have been examined. The results showed that the results of the curriculum at the product level include mastery of basic knowledge, principles and foundations of civil engineering, ability to design, monitor and Execution of construction projects, ability to analyze engineering, Ability to work with applications in the field of civil engineering and development of innovation and entrepreneurship skills at the output level are: finding a job related to the field of study, employers' satisfaction and tendency to continue education and later The consequences are: improving the quality of public life and social welfare, managing energy consumption, managing and controlling man-made disasters and natural disasters, sustainable development, and creating peace and security. According to the graduates, the results of the civil engineering curriculum in the field of familiarity with the knowledge of the principles and foundations of civil engineering, the ability to analyze engineering and create engineering views and attitudes at the intermediate level and in other areas are lower than the average level. The results of the civil engineering curriculum in all three levels of product, output and outcome are far from the desired situation
