The Impact of Intellectual Capital Dimensions on Organizational Performance of Police Command Officers in Sari

The purpose of the present research is to study the effect of intellectual capital on organizational performance among Law Enforcement Force (Police Force) of Islamic Republic of Iran headquarter staffs in Sari, Mazandaran province. In the classification of research type based on the method, the present study is descriptive of survey type.Research statistical population included all Police Force staffs in Sari within 2018.  181 of 340 individuals were randomly selected through simple random sampling method as research sample.The instruments of the research were organizational questionnaires of Hersey and Goldsmith and Intellectual Capital of Bontis. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were indicative of their suitability. Research data were analyzed through SPSS using descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics included tables and bar charts. Inferential statistics used data normality tests and regression analysis. Research findings show that intellectual capital influences human resource organizational performance among Police Force staffs in Sari.
