Investigating the Relationship Between Human Resource Education and Organizational Productivity (Case study: Police Forces in Western Cities of Mazandaran Province)
Human resources as a key factor in the organization play a decisive role in the efficiency and productivity of the organization. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the relationship between human resource education and organizational productivity. The statistical population consisted of all police officers in western cities of Mazandaran province. A sample of 265 people was selected using random sampling method using Morgan table. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by the professors and its reliability was measured using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22 software. The confidence coefficient was calculated using Cronbach's alphabet, which was 0.81. To test the hypothesis, Pearson correlation test was used. In this research, three hypotheses of the relation between human resource education and productivity, efficiency and effectiveness were investigated. The results showed confirmation of hypotheses at a significant level of 0.05, and a direct and positive relationship between human resource education and efficiency, effectiveness, and benefit It's a breeze.
