Assess The Impact Of Human Capital On Organization Trust (The Case Study of Traffic Police Headquarter Mazandaran Province)
Human capital refers to the skills and knowledge that individuals it, hence the presence of people with the type of capital gain competitive advantage in the organization can help an organization. Trust is the willingness to risk within the community, based on a sense of trust in others, Given the above, the aim of this study was to investigate the impact of human capital on trust in the mazandaran provinces traffic police headquarters and the applies research methodology the research was descriptive and correlation survey , the survey of 50 traffic police headquarters personnel mazandaran province that formed them using 45 samples randomly selected morgan. In this study , data were collected using a standard questionnaire, that collect data using statistical methods and software ,statistical analysis ,descriptive studies to strengthen SPSS the statistical analysis and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient, liner regression and beta coefficient) the use of will ,our finding imply endorsement of the research hypothesis, i.e, the human capital whit organization trust relationship among the organizations human capital on organizational trust and influence people.
