Abstract:

In recent decades, the environment and the necessity to preserve it has been the focus of attention by the public and international communities. The boundless development of human economical activities on one hand and direct reliance and living dependency of the developing population of the world on nature on the other hand, has degraded the natural diversity of the ecosystems and habitats, and imposes larger limitations to the life and survival of the wildlife. Thus, execution of programs to preserve the ecosystem and the species is just limited to some specific areas which nowadays are known as preserved areas. "Planning and strategic management", is one of the most important pillars of management systems in an organization; strategic management is the art and knowledge of compiling, executing and evaluating of the manifold decisions and responsibilities which enables an organization to achieve its goals. The right and effective use of "planning and strategic management" is considered as the most important aspect of management systems.
