Abstract:
Background and Aim

In order to establish order and security in the society and successfully perform the assigned missions, law enforcement personnel need high physical and combat training. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to prioritize the consequences of self-defense sports in the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Results

In prioritizing the consequences of developing self-defense sport in the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, by examining the path coefficients, the effect of the axial phenomenon on the dimensions of productivity increase 0.791, social development 0.639, communication and interaction development 0.514, infrastructure and resource development 0.697 and culturalization is 0.533.

Conclusion

Based on the findings of this study, if the goals and vision of the organization as well as appropriate strategies and proper planning for the development of self-defense sports in the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran can lead to favorable consequences at the organization and society.
