Study of the relationship between knowledge management and creativity with organizational innovation of special police (Case study of Mazandaran Special police)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and creativity with organizational innovation of special forces.
This is a descriptive and correlational study. The statistical population of this study includes 352 employees of the special unit of Mazandaran province who were selected as a sample using Krejcie and Morgan table using 184 stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools were Conrad and Newman (1999) Knowledge Management Questionnaire, Randsib Organizational Creativity (1979), Organizational Innovation Researcher (1999) and their reliability coefficient through Cronbach's alpha (0.87, 0.84, respectively). Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient test, linear regression test) were used to analyze the data.
There was a relationship between knowledge management and creativity with organizational innovation of Special Forces and between components of knowledge management with organizational innovation of Special Forces and also between components of creativity with organizational innovation of Special Forces. In addition, the share Each of the components of knowledge management in predicting the organizational innovation of the forces was different and the component of knowledge creation with a beta of 0.37, the component of applying knowledge with a beta of 0.27 had the highest and lowest share in predicting the organizational innovation of the forces, respectively.
