The role of the police in maintaining security through the situational crime prevention and the feedback with personal privacy

A requirement of social life means that Person living survival depends on survival of society where he lives. Maintenance of a community is guaranteed through order and security. For this reason, efforts to establish law and order reapetedly emphasized throughout history of human life. Currently, establishing Order and security are critical tasks of police organization that benefits from two approaches' Coercive and preventive ' to do so. Police series of actions in preventive approach and maintaining order and security trough that is based on two proactive and reactive approaches. One of the methods of proactive process that police organizatin nowdays uses is situational crime prevention based on that mentioning organization make the crime situation harder under which the crime is being committed by the perpetrator. However, many of the methods that the police benefits from it in situational crime prevention is in conflict with individual privacy and violated it. Therefore, since privacy rights protected by the rules of Islam and accepted human rights, thus, the use of situational crime prevention collection of methods are inconsistent with that, it must be implemented very limited and regulative.
