Abstract:

No doubt the optimal and efficient use of resources and reach to organizational goals depends on manpower's performance. Iran police force compare to other organizations faces different conditions that require an ability to gather and assess information for appropriate actions. This paper aims to investigate the impact of financial and non-financial incentives on the police force performance. For this purpose, based on in depth literature review, a conceptual model has been developed. Then through a field research and using questionnaire data were gathered. Finally the conceptual model and research hypotheses were tested by using Smart PLS software. The results show that financial and non-financial incentives and job satisfaction have significant effects on police performance. Also financial incentives are affecting on job satisfaction. But non-financial incentives have no impact on job satisfaction.
