The relationship between creative self-efficacy, social responsibility and Occupational well-being of law enforcement officers in Mazandaran province
Occupational well-being is the newest construct in the field of organizational psychology and positive organizational behavior. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of the relationship between creative self-efficacy, social responsibility and Occupational well-being of the law enforcement officers in Mazandaran province.
This was an applied and descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of this study included all of the law enforcement officers in Mazandaran . The statistical sample of the study was 354 law enforcement officers who were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan table by simple random sampling. Data were collected using the standardized questionnaires of Bigito Creative Self-Efficacy (2006), Carroll Social Responsibility (1991) and Hinckin occupational well-being (1998). Data analysis was performed using SPSS-26 software using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression tests.
The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between creative self-efficacy as a belief in their creative abilities and capabilities and social responsibility (economic, legal, moral and humanitarian) with occupational well-being.
