The role of culture in orientation of Chinese foreign policy

The foreign policy of every country is composed of linked segments of long chain of social relations; therefore, it is not a phenomenon to be debated abstractly. Foreign policy of every country linked to its political, economic and cultural segments. To analyze China’s policy we can describe this country as a system of human’s behavior with its system of norms, laws and methods of decision making. Most of China’s foreign policy experts in their studies have emphasized on internal factors like culture, values, perceptions and leader views. The views of leaders on internal and external affairs and taking decisions for them are affected by their cultures. So, in foreign policy decision making, culture plays a basic role. Hence, t. analyze China’s foreign policy, investigating the cultural specifications of this country is a must.
