Developing a training model for the duty personnel of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran from the perspective of the Imams of the Revolution

Abstract:
Background and Aim

Given the availability of skills training and empowerment opportunities for young people in the service of public service, the need to review and adopt an approach to maximize these opportunities is an undeniable necessity. He is the Imam of the Revolution.

Method

In terms of purpose, this research is one of the applied researches that has used a qualitative approach and the data research method of the foundation is a systematic GTM design. The statistical population of the study included all the statements and letters of the Imams of the Revolution (from 1980 to 2021) related to the subject of the research, which were collected in large numbers through library studies and information and publishing databases. After collecting the documents, the documents were reviewed and reviewed line by line and the documents were analyzed using the three-step method of Corbin and Strauss. In order to gain validity and validity, the review method of non-participating experts was used. Also, in order to ensure the accuracy of the coding process, all the basics and extracted information were reviewed and its key points were highlighted, and then, by referring to the findings again, the desired categories were applied to them.

Results

The results showed that the skills training model of the Armed Forces personnel from the perspective of the Imams of the Islamic Revolution includes factors that justify the need to pay attention to this issue (11 categories), measures and strategies that should be adopted regarding the training of duty personnel (10 categories). ), The underlying conditions (9 categories) and the intermediate conditions (9 categories) are effective in promoting the effectiveness of on-the-job training of employees and the consequences of the implementation of on-the-job training (10 categories), which were shown and explained in a paradigm pattern.

Conclusion

Implementing the skills training model of duty personnel based on the ideas of the Imams of the Revolution, for the optimal and comprehensive use of duty personnel is an inevitable necessity and its implementation requires the development of effective policies, programs and executive strategies taking into account all aspects of the proposed model. it is needed.
