Abstract:

Entrepreneurial teaching methods in high school with the aim of increasing the skills and knowledge of students applied in real life situations. Schools aim to train students to play an entrepreneurial role in society. The aim of this study is to present a model of entrepreneurial schools focusing on the development of high school students' entrepreneurial attitudes. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and based on data collection; it is qualitative using Grounded theory method. Using purposeful sampling and snowball sampling method, semi-structured in-depth interviews conducted with 14 entrepreneurship education experts and those involved in implementing entrepreneurship education in schools, and the data analyzed using open, axial and selective coding analyzed. The resulting paradigm model was formed based on the central phenomenon (entrepreneurial competence) affected by causal conditions, contextual conditions and intervening variables along with action and reaction strategies and consequences of creating entrepreneurial schools in high school.
