Quality of Virtual Education during the Covid-19 pandemi in Public Universities (Case Study: Graduate Students of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman)
Education, quality and effectiveness of education is very important and institutions and universities that provide education are constantly evaluating the quality and factors involved. The aim of this study was to investigate the quality of virtual education during the Covid-19 epidemic in public universities (Case study: graduate students of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman) which was conducted by descriptive and survey method. The statistical population of the study included female graduate students at Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman in the academic year 2020-2021, in which 175 questionnaires were distributed, of which 120 questionnaires were received in full, with a return rate of 68%. The data measurement tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was prepared based on a fivepoint Likert scale. Findings from the analysis of research data showed that the quality of virtual and face-to-face education during the Covid-19 era in public universities did not differ.
