Presenting a model of university accelerator formation with a psychological preparation approach for entrepreneurship (Experimental control: selected universities)
The present study aims to provide a model for the formation of university accelerators with a psychological readiness approach to entrepreneurship as one of the main missions of universities. To achieve the purpose of this study, using a mixed-method, the data were first analyzed by summary content analysis method with in-depth interviews with university administrators and selected accelerators, 12 of whom were purposefully selected. Then the results of the qualitative section in the form of a questionnaire were given to 28 university accelerator employees who were selected based on the Krejcie and Morgan table and the data of the quantitative section were analyzed by structural equation method and partial least squares algorithm. Qualitative sector findings include 5 dimensions (changing university culture towards accelerator, feeling the need to form an accelerator, individual capabilities, accelerator services, the role of government in launching accelerators), 11 Component (transformation in the core of university administrators, executive context, university needs, community needs, psychological capabilities, job skills, educational services, counseling services, technical services, government assistance, psychological readiness of officials) and 67 indicators Was. Quantitative findings showed a strong fit of the measurement model, structural and general. The results of the present study showed that the feeling of the need to form accelerators affects the change of academic culture towards acceleration and the role of government in the formation of accelerators and the change of academic culture towards acceleration has a direct effect on individual capabilities. But the role of government in the formation of accelerators does not have a direct impact on individual capabilities, and individual capabilities also have a direct impact on accelerator services.
