The relationship between transformational leadership and job performance, a case study (Kashani Shahrekord hospital employees)
The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and the job performance of Kashani Shahrekord hospital employees. According to the nature of the research topic, it is practical in terms of the purpose and the method of conducting this research is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the research is 880 employees of Kashani Shahrekord Hospital. To calculate the sample size, Cochran's formula was used, considering that the number of the population is 880, the data collection tool is Boyle et al.'s (2019) questionnaire. The results showed that transformational leadership has an effect on the job performance of Kashani Shahrekord hospital employees.
