The present study aims to explain the sociological factors affecting attitudes toward job empowerment in the direction of social health. The research method was a survey based on the technique of written interview (researcher-made questionnaire based on the Reniss Likert scale), referring to 150 women working in the four districts of District 22 of Tehran Municipality and estimating the sample size using Morgan table.
