The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the company's innovation performance based on learning orientation and participatory innovation activities in the supply chain. Research Method This research is a descriptive-correlation research method. The statistical population of this study includes managers and deputies of supply chain companies related to the factory for the production of prestressed / holocor prefabricated parts (N = 192). Sampling method is available and the statistical sample was estimated based on Cochran's formula of 129 people. Wang and Hu (2020), Kumar et al. (2020) and Shahr (2020) study questionnaires were used to collect data. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of the measurement model and t-coefficients and Sobel test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the set of factors that influenced the performance of innovation in this model, could explain 76.4% of the changes in innovation performance (R2 = 0.764). Variables (participatory innovation measures, entrepreneurial orientation, operations strategy, participatory innovation capability, learning orientation, knowledge sharing) are among the factors that affect the company's innovation performance and this develops the company's innovation performance.
