The worn-out tissues of the city, which have physical, functional and functional wear and tear, have high vulnerability and low resilience in dealing with the mentioned crises, so it is necessary to intervene in these tissues in order to create balance and harmony between the foundations of social life. , The economy and the improvement of the urban body are even more important.
