The Effectiveness of Spiritual Skills Based on Quranic Teachings and Narrations on Students' Vitality and Academic Optimism
The aim of this article was to investigate the effectiveness of spiritual skills based on Quranic teachings and narrations on the vitality and academic optimism of ninth grade female high school students in the city of Gulugah, which is a quasi-experimental study in terms of practical purpose and research method. Test and post-test. The sample size was selected by simple random sampling in two groups of 25 people, one group as an experimental group in which the protocol of spiritual skills based on Quranic teachings and narrations based on the model of Boroumandzadeh, Nilofrokrimi Thani (2015) was performed and the group Evidence that this training was not implemented in them. Data collection tools include: a- Spiritual skills program based on Quranic teachings and narrations which was held in 10 sessions of 100 minutes in one month b- Standard questionnaire of academic optimism (Ghasemi et al., 2018) c- Vitality questionnaire Dehghanizadeh and Hossein Chari (2012) were educated. The results obtained from statistical analysis of covariance showed: teaching spiritual skills based on Quranic teachings and narrations on the components of academic vitality (sensitivity, usefulness, ability to meet challenges) and components of academic optimism (trust in Teacher, sense of efficiency, teacher's scientific emphasis) have a positive and significant effect on students.
