In fact, whenever a crime or violation is committed in accordance with the rules of sports regulations or general criminal law, it creates liability for the offender. One of the most important ambiguities is to determine the diagnostic criteria for the crime or violation of the action. The complexity of the issue becomes more apparent when we know that most of the existing bylaws have not gone through the formalities set for approval and have often been approved and passed by the board of federations.
