Providing A Model of Productivity Based on Leadership Style at Imam Khomeini Naval Academy

Abstract:

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the impact of leadership styles on the productivity of Imam Khomeini naval academy’s employees to present the appropriate model. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of correlation research. The statistical population studied includes professors, commanders and staff (educational, queries, and staff) who have at least three years and above a history of serving at Imam Khomeini naval academy. 150 people were selected to estimate the minimum sample size from the formula for determining the volume of the KREJCIE volume and determining the volume of Cochran. Class random sampling method was used to select the required sample. The measurement tool in this study includes a 36 -question Bass and Alio leadership questionnaire (2018) that has transformational leadership style (Introduction Indicators 1, Motivation 2, Mental or intelligent 3 and individual considerations 4), Conditional Bonus Indicators, Active Exception Based Management, 6, Integration Based Management 7 and Non -Intervention 8) and (α = 0.88) and 26 Employees Productivity Questionnaires based on the theory of Haji and Goldsmith (2019) Performance management is effective and includes the dimensions of ability (knowledge and skills), clarity (understanding or imagination), assistance (organizational support), motivation (motivation or desire), evaluation (training and performance feedback), validity (valid actions and Legal personnel) is the environment (environmental fit and adaptation) and (α = 0.90). The results of the regression and the path analysis showed that the transformational and pragmatic leadership style has an impact on the productivity of Imam Khomeini naval academy. And the most influential dimension of transformational leadership, ideal influence, and the greatest influential dimension in the style of pragmatist leadership, is the conditional reward. In addition, it is also fitted with the calculations provided.
