The moral role of cooperation and support in the teachings of Islam and its relationship with the theory of social control of crime

Abstract:
Cooperation has a special place in Islam, and it is one of the important moral principles that is mentioned in the Qur'an in the form of command, and this shows its importance and value. Also, the basis of Islam is based on community and the principle of connection and connection of individuals with society. Cooperation and helping others bring people closer to each other and provide empathy and solidarity. Increasing solidarity and building strong bonds, which are achieved through cooperation in society, can have undeniable effects in preventing many crimes. In other words, the amount of emotional support, information and material that a person receives from others, helps to strengthen the connection between the individual and society. Finding support and a sense of supportive resources will be effective in strengthening attachment, commitment, and belief in the values ​​of society, and these elements are key components in the theory of social control of crime. Therefore, the present study tries to investigate the relationship between these components and the theory of social control of crime by descriptive-analytical method.
