Interactive principles of social capital for employees of Iranian government organizations from the perspective of Nahj al-Balagheh schools

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to identify the interactive principles of social capital for employees of government organizations in Iran from the perspective of ethical teachings of Nahj al-Balagheh. These principles refer to the way employees interact with each other and their relationship with the client. The main data of the research is the full text of Nahj al-Balagheh translated by the late Mohammad Dashti. Judicial (intentional) sampling method has been used. The reliability of the retest and the reliability of the coder have been determined to be 93% and 86%, respectively.
