The Effect of Perception-Justice, Emotional-Intelligence and Social Capital on Intra-Organizational Entrepreneurship of Quds Municipality Employees

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of justice perception, emotional intelligence and social capital on the intra-organizational entrepreneurship of Quds Municipality employees. The statistical population of the research is all managers and experts of Quds city municipality. A simple random method was used to determine the sample size. The data collection tool is a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by the content validity method and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha test, the desired coefficient for the justice perception questionnaire was 0.81, for emotional intelligence 0.83, and social capital 86. 0.0 and intra-organizational entrepreneurship was obtained 0.84. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of data distribution of variables. The data collection tool was a questionnaire and data analysis were done using PLS software in order to evaluate the structural equation model. The obtained findings indicate that the perception of justice, emotional intelligence and social capital have a positive relationship with the intra-organizational entrepreneurship of Quds Municipality employees. Considering the existence of the relationship and prediction of entrepreneurship based on the perception of justice, emotional intelligence and social capital, it is suggested that the managers of Quds city, by applying organizational justice and strengthening the emotional intelligence of employees and social capital, create the ground for entrepreneurship.
