Spirituality is related to important structures of the individual such as quality of life and failure tolerance and helps the person to cope with life issues. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of spirituality and therapy on quality of life and tolerance of girls\' failure. This quasi-experimental study was performed with a pre-test and post-test-follow-up design with a control group. The statistical population included all adolescent girls aged 13 to 18 years in District 13 of Tehran East and New East in 1399. Using available sampling method, 30 girls from the mentioned area were selected and randomly assigned to intervention (15 people in spiritual therapy) and control (15 people) and were given quality questionnaires. The WHO Life (short form) and Harrington Failure Tolerance (2005) responded. The control group waited and the intervention group underwent 8 sessions of 60 minutes of spiritual therapy training. At the end of the treatment interventions and one month later, the subjects of the intervention and control groups were evaluated again to evaluate the continuity of the effectiveness of the training (1-month follow-up) using research questionnaires. Research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis of covariance and SPSS software version 24. The results of analysis of covariance showed that the effect of spirituality and therapy on quality of life and failure tolerance of girls was significant. As a result, there was a significant difference between factor scores (pre-test, post-test and follow-up) in improving the quality of life and failure tolerance of young girls (P <0.05).
