Providing a Human Resources Strategy Model in Iranian Banks with an Environmental Attention Approach (Case Study: Workers' Welfare Bank)
Green human resource management seeks to make optimal use of scarce environmental resources and its emphasis is on philosophy, policy and activities that help organizations achieve green goals. The present study aimed to present a green human resource management model in the Workers' Welfare Bank.
The present research was conducted by mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) and the research community in the qualitative section consisted of professors, specialists and experts in this field and in the quantitative section, all professors, staff, managers and specialists in the field of human resources strategy. Green. In the qualitative section, which was purposefully selected, 12 professors, specialists and experts were selected, and in the quantitative section, 332 managers and deputies of the Workers' Welfare Bank were selected using the Cochran's formula. Research tools include; Semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire. In the quality part, it has been done by Delphi method and through coding (open, axial and selective) using SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software.
The findings showed that, as observed, one of the components that represented the indicators of green human resources strategy in the Workers' Welfare Bank, because none of the components had a factor load of less than 0.3, was removed from the factor analysis process. They were not, and considering that all the remaining items were larger than 0.6, the model is desirable.
The results showed that green human resource plans and strategies are increasingly essential for the successful implementation of green strategies and environmental management practices of organizations and in this model Confirmed. In this model, the human resources strategy is approved based on three levels: individual, team and organizational.
