AI and hybrid algorithm suitable for augmentation Accuracy of human resource management forecasts
Artificial intelligence algorithms include various branches of computer science and mathematics. Combined or transcendental algorithms are a type of approximation algorithms that are used to find the optimal answer. A hybrid optimization algorithm is an innovative method that can be used with little modification for various optimization problems. Metamorphism algorithms significantly improve the ability to find high quality answers to optimization problems in human resource management decisions and forecasts. This research has created a simple and effective expert system for predicting random and short-term fluctuation data. The review process includes the introduction of the Fourier series algorithm, the Markov chain, and the comparison of the prediction model of simple traditional algorithms that have been integrated and combined to create an expert prediction system with the help of artificial intelligence. This model increases the effectiveness of predicting fluctuating random data in most management programs and human resources as one of the effective factors in increasing the productivity of organizations. The result of this study is the introduction of an artificial intelligence detection algorithm that helps to create a computer environment for an expert forecasting system that accurately and accurately predicts short-term and unstable random data in human resource management.
