The relation between the distributive leadership style of school principals and the level of satisfaction of physical education teachers
The purpose of this research was to determine the relation between management styles of school principals and the level of satisfaction of physical education teachers. The method of this research is designed in terms of practical purpose, according to the descriptive definition and using practical methods. The statistical population of the research was made up of all physical education teachers of Asadabad city. The statistical sample consisted of 42 people, and due to the statistical sample being equal to the statistical population, the statistical sample was considered as a total number. The data collection tools were two questionnaires, Elmore's leadership style (2000) and Minnesota's job satisfaction questionnaire (1967), which were divided among the statistical samples. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 9 sports management professors, and the internal stability and temporal stability of the questionnaires were confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. SPSS version 26 software was used for data analysis. Descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used for data analysis (frequency table, frequency percentage, Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient at a significance level of p ≤ 0.05, simple linear regression of multiple tests, F test). The findings of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership styles and internal satisfaction, leadership styles of participation and external satisfaction, and managerial styles and job satisfaction of physical education teachers. Therefore, according to the obtained results, achool administrators should give more trust and authority to teachers in doing school affairs in order to create teachers satisfaction.
