Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to investigate and analyze public relations and its role in crisis management. This research was carried out in a descriptive-explanatory method and also a review-library method was used to analyze the role of public relations in crisis management. The research findings show that if an organization wants to be successful in its work, it needs an independent unit called public relations. Also, one of the human problems of this era is unexpected events. These events, whether humans play a role in creating them or whether nature creates them, bring extensive damages and losses. Therefore, the occurrence of any such event, in addition to causing human and financial losses and losses, also causes the instability of social, economic and political structures. The role played by such public relations as the main advisory arm and the trustee of the overall management of the operation will not only facilitate the executive tasks of the management, but will also make it possible to avoid potential adverse political, social, legal and economic consequences. Prevent the next one.
