Analysis of the Status of Organizational Learning of Counter Narcotics Police Personnel
The purpose of this study was to analyze the status of organizational learning of anti-drug police personnel and to provide new strategies to the managers of the organization to create a completely new mindset about the learning concepts in the organization, using a systematic approach. For this purpose, the status of organizational learning in the anti-drug police was evaluated and the existing weaknesses were assessed.
The purpose of the present study is to apply a descriptive survey method. For collecting data, the statistical community (116 employees) uses the standard questionnaire to assess the organizational learning indicators of the anti-narcotics police. From the Gomez learning model and its colleagues Used. To analyze the data, factor analysis of the main components and T and Friedman tests have been used.
The results indicate that organizational learning is 90.5% of the respondents is moderate. Also, among the components of organizational learning, management commitment with 21.6% is the highest.
The element of knowledge, management commitment, systemic vision, open space for employee experimentation, and integration of employee knowledge are effective in the organizational learning of FATEB anti-narcotics police employees.
