Support and financial independence of women in the family and its executive challenges by looking at verses and narrations

Pre-Islamic women were deprived of any economic benefits, neither of inheritance nor of dowry, even of their own means. Islamic law has recognized women's right to own and possess their property for centuries. The independent case of women as one of the pillars of the family has a great impact on the economic situation of the family. On the other hand, this issue is one of the most challenging discussions about women's rights in Islam. What are our civic challenges? And do executive guarantees, both civil and criminal, meet women's financial protection and independence? Accordingly, this descriptive-analytical study examines the financial support and independence of women in the family and its executive challenges by looking at the verses, hadiths, jurisprudential laws and civil law of Iran. It can have a great impact on the growth and financial support of the family and contribute to the economic growth of society, but also builds self-confidence in women, and it has been concluded that in the Islamic legal system, there is a legal vacuum regarding women's financial support. It is not, and the constitution, civil law, and family protection law support it. However, in practice, executive guarantees are not strong enough for women, especially housewives and heads of households, to receive the minimum wages and benefits despite these protections.
