Model of Training and Skills Development in Order to Reduce Job Plateau with Emphasis on Promotional Factors Using the Meta Analysis Method
The aim of this study was to design a training and skills development model in order to reduce job burnout with emphasis on identifying the promoting factors using the meta-combined method among law enforcement officers of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The first statistical population of the study was all written documents related to the organizational repository including 30 articles and works based on valid criteria from 90 articles and works were selected and analyzed. The second statistical population consisted of experts in the field of human resource management and education, who were eventually selected as 15 people and, due to the conditions and limitations of the Corona pandemic, acted remotely to provide comments and suggestions.
Using seven meta-combinational steps, a conceptual pattern was obtained in six conceptual layers, categories and codes. In each layer, concepts and topics were included, and finally the categories were identified. For qualitative validation, the obtained model was obtained based on the opinions of experts in the form of focus groups and the conceptual model was approved by the research experts. According to the findings of the meta-integration process in identifying the dimensions and categories of training and skills development in order to reduce job burnout, which can be a basis for future research on how to implement education in the policy Executives for officials and decision-makers to be placed in government organizations and institutions were presented in the form of a concept model that was approved and agreed upon by experts.
